X-Men Legends, developed by Raven Software and published by Activision, was not specifically an Ultimate Universe game. However, it featured many Ultimate Universe costumes:

Beast, Colossus, Cyclops, Iceman, Jean Grey (Marvel Girl), Nightcrawler, Rogue, Storm and Wolverine all have their Ultimate X-Men costumes readily available.

Despite not being part of the Ultimate X-Men or even yet being Ultimized, Jubilee and Magma both wear "Ultimate"-style costumes.

Magneto, Blob, Sabretooth and Toad also appear in their Ultimate Universe incarnations.

X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse, developed by Raven Software and published by Activision, was not specifically an Ultimate Universe game. However, it featured many Ultimate Universe costumes like it's predecessor:

Colossus, Cyclops, Iceman, Jean Grey (Marvel Girl), Nightcrawler, Magneto, Rogue, Sabretooth, Storm, Toad and Wolverine all have their Ultimate X-Men costumes readily available.

Toad actually appears with two versions of his Ultimate Universe costume: A blue version and a brown version.

Beast, though no longer a playable character, also appears in his Ultimate costume. This time around he has his blue fur appearance while wearing it, though he more closely resembles the 616-version of Beast.

Black Widow, Blade, Captain America, Captain Marvel, Colossus, Cyclops, Deadpool, Dr. Doom, Hawkeye, Human Torch, Invisible Woman, Iron Man, Magneto, Moon Knight, Mr. Fantastic, Nick Fury, Nightcrawler, Sabretooth, Storm, Thing, Thor, Venom and Wolverine all have their Ultimate Universe costumes either readily available or as an unlockable.

Nick Fury has the distinction of actually having two versions of his Ultimate Universe appearance: An "Ultimate" costume with Fury in a SHIELD uniform and a "General Fury" version with Nick geared up for battle.

Despite costumes labeled "Ultimate", Elektra and Dr. Strange have not worn such costumes in the Ultimate Universe.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, developed by Raven Software, was not specifically an Ultimate Universe game. However, it featured many Ultimate Universe costumes like it's predecessor:

Captain America, Deadpool, Human Torch, Invisible Woman, Mr. Fantastic, Thing, Venom, Juggernaut and Carnage all have their Ultimate Universe costumes available as unlockables.

Captain America's alternate costume is actually his World War II costume, inspired by Bryan Hitch's design in The Ultimates.

Venom's alternate costume more closely resembles his original 616-incarnation, but was actually inspired by Joe Madureira's robotic version design in The Ultimates 3.

Deadpool's alternate costume is a maskless version of his Ultimate Universe costume, inspired by Mark Bagley's design in Ultimate Spider-Man.
